By accessing and using the AIMED (Academic Information Monitoring for Exceptional Development) system, users agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.
- Purpose of the System: The AIMED system is developed as a web-based management tool designed to monitor and manage the academic and developmental progress of students with special needs. The system is intended for use by authorized personnel such as system administrators, teachers, and parents.
- User Responsibility: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any activity performed using their account will be considered their responsibility.
- Authorized Access: Access to the system is restricted based on user roles. Administrators, teachers, and parents are only allowed to access information relevant to their designated responsibilities within the system.
- Data Privacy and Protection: The AIMED system collects and processes personal information such as student records, parent information, and teacher accounts solely for academic monitoring purposes. All data will be handled in accordance with the provisions of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and protection of personal information.

- Data Accuracy: Teachers and administrators are responsible for ensuring that the information entered into the system is accurate and updated.
- System Maintenance and Updates: The system administrators reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or improvements to ensure the reliability and security of the system.
- Acceptance of Terms: By using the AIMED system, users confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
